Shipping policy

Ⅰ. Po processing and carrier information:

Our standard processing time for orders is between 1-2 business days. All orders will have tracking numbers within 1-3 working days after order. We will use standard parcel service with average of 5-12 working days

Ⅱ. Shipping schedule and shipping Areas

We currently support shipments to the following countries and will ship to more countries and areas soon.

  1. North America: Including The United States and Canada, average 8-12 working days. What's more delivery services can be provided for Puerto Rico and zip codes starting with 967 (except 96799), 968, 995, 996, 997998, 999 in remote areas of the United States (Hawaii & Alaska),same US shipping rate, and with delivery schedule of 20-30 working days.
  2. Europe: Including UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia; average 5-12 working days.
  3. Oceania: Including Australia and New Zealand;average 6-15working days.

We can NOT ship to international P.O. Box. All international orders require a verifiable physical shipping address.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays in special cases. 

Ⅲ. Import taxes charges and identification information

Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are ALREADY included in your order amount at checkout.

In some cases,customs offices in some countries may require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

 Ⅳ. Lost and return

If you believe there are missing items from your order, please contact us at message and we will assist you in resolving the issue for new delivery or refund 100% of goods.

A return of the goods must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date, and a $10 return shipping/restocking fee deducted from the final refund amount.
